Tom began his career at Hill Holliday. In 1989, he started PARTNERS+simons where his success with the “Hollywood Model” and alternative service delivery strategies attracted the attention of regional and national media, resulting in an appearance on the cover of Inc. magazine and in the Wall Street Journal. Tom has been named to Adweek’s “Creative All-Stars” twice and has published articles in the Boston Business Journal, the Advertiser and Inc. magazine. Tom is the Chair of the Mount Auburn Hospital Board and a past Board Chair of the Ad Club. He has served on the boards of Parents’ and Children’s Services, The Home For Little Wanderers, and The Young Graffiti Masters. Tom has accepted three annual Arnold Rosoff Awards for brand building advertising campaigns directed to diverse audiences.
Tom graduated from Harvard College. He lives between Gloucester, MA and Spring Island, SC.
